Fremont Bliss is a thoughtfully furnished three-story smart-home townhouse, built in 2016 and cared for by one owner since new. I've lived here for nearly a decade, and every detail reflects how I actually wanted the space to feel.

The entry level has a private bedroom and full bath with standing shower, plus a step-free entry path — accessible for wheelchair users and easy for strollers — and direct access to the covered carport. The second floor opens into an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room designed for both relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen is equipped with a Bertazzoni stainless steel gas range and double oven, GE refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker and French press, rice maker, and full cookware and tableware.

The third floor has two queen bedrooms: a primary bedroom with south-facing floor-to-ceiling windows framing mountain and city views, its own mini-split AC, and a secondary bedroom with a dedicated work desk. They share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a Grohe premium shower — overhead rain shower and handheld sprayer. The washer and dryer are on this floor too.

Above it all: the private rooftop deck with panoramic views of Mount Rainier, Lake Union, and the Space Needle. Propane grill, outdoor dining, and an open sky.
