From the Rooftop

Mount Rainier, Up Close

The rooftop sits above everything — Rainier to the south, Lake Union below, the Space Needle on the horizon. On clear days the summit is simply there, no zoom required. Catch it lit gold at sunrise, wrapped in lenticular clouds at dusk, or perfectly sharp against a cold October sky. These four moments, all captured from right here.

Where You'll Be

Fremont, Seattle

The Center of the Universe — Seattle's most walkable, most spirited neighborhood.

The house sits one block from Fremont Ave, the neighborhood's main commercial strip, with a walkable stretch of independent restaurants, coffee shops, cocktail bars, and boutiques. The Sunday Farmers Market is steps away spring through fall.

The Burke-Gilman Trail runs right through the neighborhood, connecting you to Lake Union, the UW campus, and miles of waterfront by bike or on foot. Downtown Seattle is a 15-minute drive; South Lake Union and the tech campuses are even closer.

Woodland Park Zoo and one of Seattle's finest rose gardens are a five-minute walk from the front door. A few other neighborhood favorites: Paseo (the Cuban sandwich worth the line), Revel for Korean-inspired weekend brunch, Fremont Brewing's taproom, and the Fremont Troll tucked under the Aurora Bridge two blocks away.
